3. Orders & Payment

• Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

• Prices are listed in NTD (New Taiwan Dollar) unless otherwise stated.

4. Shipping

• In-stock items ship within 7 business days.

• Made-to-order items take approximately 14–28 business days.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and logistics provider.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival.

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving a defective product, with clear photos as proof.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, images, and content on Silhouette Spark’s platforms are the intellectual property of Silhouette Spark.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Silhouette Spark is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Our liability shall not exceed the total purchase amount of the order.
